Board Members – Dunbritton Housing Association
Since we were established in 1992 we have developed an excellent reputation for innovation, community involvement, delivering a range of excellent services.
We serve a diverse range of communities spread across the geographic areas covered by both Argyll & Bute and West Dunbartonshire Councils.
This is a really exciting time to get involved at Dunbritton.
Since 2013 we’ve been working our way through our ‘Journey to Excellence’.
Having successfully completed the ‘Project Validation’ and ‘Committed to Excellence – Assessment’ stages we are currently working toward the ‘Recognised for Excellence' (R4E) assessment – anticipated in March 2019.
Our voluntary Board of Management works closely with our Chief Executive Officer Allan Murphy and the team at Dunbritton to agree on the strategic objectives and monitor performance against the high standards that are expected across all business areas and services we provide.
We continuously review and improve all aspects of our business, reporting regularly on our performance to the Board of Management.
We have a highly experienced and enthusiastic Board and we are currently considering recruiting new people to bolster the team. We are committed to equality and diversity and encourage interest
The position of Board Member is voluntary; however reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be paid for example for attending meetings. New members will be given a full induction and regular training will be provided to enable you to plan, lead and support the strategic direction of the Association in the future.
