Both posts are EVH Grade 4, Points: PA 9 – 12 £10,666.50 - £12,056.00.
Dunbritton Housing Association currently owns and manages a wide range of properties across West Dunbartonshire and Argyll & Bute Council areas. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and committed Finance Assistant who understands the needs of housing associations and can deliver a range of effective admin/finance support services in our busy Finance department. You will ideally be qualified to NC (or equivalent) level in Finance and/or Business Administration and have experience of delivering admin support in a busy customer-focused Finance environment. You should have well-developed IT skills and be fully proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The preferred working pattern is Monday - Friday 9.00 am – 12.30 pm. The successful candidate will also be expected to be able to work flexibly on occasion to meet the demands of the service.
We are also looking to recruit a Corporate Services Assistant. Working within the busy Corporate Team you will work closely with the organisations Board to help supply and develop good governance. You will also support in the drafting of our publications, such as our newsletter, website and social media. You will be the first point of contact for customers attending our new bespoke reception at Dumbarton Harbour, and shall gain experience in all aspects of social housing. The preferred working pattern is Monday - Friday 13:30 pm – 17:00 pm. The successful candidate will also be expected to be able to work flexibly on occasion and this will include attendance at evening Board Meetings.
