GAS Servicing Covid-19
With the safety and wellbeing of our tenants, staff, contractors, and the wider public as our priority in these challenging times, we have no option other than to follow the current Government guidance. Therefore, following the announcement by the Prime Minister on Monday the 24 March, Dunbritton Housing Association has made the decision to instruct only essential repairs.
We are all contributing to saving lives by following the government’s instructions and guidelines concerning COVID-19. We must also adhere to gas safety regulations. Gas servicing is an essential service which ensures the safety of our tenants, and surrounding properties. The guidance is clear and concise; all landlords have an obligation to have a gas service carried out on an annual basis, on or before the anniversary of the last inspection. .
If you have received notification from either City Technical Services, or Dunbritton Housing Association that your service is due, please call City Technical directly on 03332020708, or Dunbritton Housing Association to arrange. If calling Dunbritton on 01389761486 please select option 1. Your call will ring out, there will be a slight pause, and you will then be transferred to one of the Asset Management team who will pick up your call remotely.
Please be assured that our contractor is fully equipped to carry out the service to all persons who are self isolating, with or without confirmation of having the virus..
