We are a Registered Social Landlord and since 1992 we have built and rented homes as well as shared ownership and shared equity to people in housing need across West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute. We also provide a factoring service for over , including those jointly owned between the Association and our shared owner-occupiers.  

We have houses in Dumbarton, Cardross, Gartocharen, Alexandria, Helensburgh, Garelochhead, Rosneath, Arrochar and Lochgoilhhead.

We are a pro-active developer, looking to continue to add to our portfolio of high-quality houses.
