Annual General Meeting

Dunbritton Housing Association held another successful Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 23 September 2020.

Allan Murphy, Chief Executive Officer, outlined the Association’s key achievements in terms of performance and thanked the Board, Tenant Scrutiny Panel and Residents Consultation Group for their efforts during the year.

The Association’s auditors, Alexander Sloan Ltd. also provided a positive report and confirmed that there had been a ‘clean audit’.

After the AGM, the new Chair, Sephton MacQuire, conducted a raffle that included a range of excellent prizes. We’d like to thank all our contractor for their kind donations that we used to buy the prizes!

We are always looking for new tenants to become involved with the Association ans there are a range of ways to do so.

Becoming a Member of the Association is simple. It only costs £1.00 (for life) and being a Member means that you can vote on important issues affecting the Association.

Being involved does not take up a lot of time, but it lets you have a real say in how the Association delivers its services.
