Guide to the Information We Publish
The guide sets out the details of the information we publish within the nine classes defined by the Scottish Information Commissioner's Model Publication Scheme.
All information may be supplied in alternative formats, including printed copy, in alternative languages, in Brail, or via audio recording. Should you wish to request a copy in a different format, please contact Dunbritton by e-mail: admin@dunbritton.org.uk or by phone at 01389 761 486.
There may be a cost for providing the information in some formats (e.g postal fees) we shall advise you of any costs when you contact us.
If the information that you are looking for is not detailed, you can make a request for information by contacting Dunbritton by e-mail: admin@dunbritton.org.uk by phone at 01389 761 486.
Whilst we will try to make all of the information we have detailed available, in rare cases there may be some information that we cannot make available. For example, if the publication would result in a breach of Data Protection legislation.
We will publish the information we hold that falls within the classes of information below. If a document contains information that is exempt under Scotland's Freedom of Information laws (for example sensitive personal information or a trade secret), we will remove or 'blackout' the information before publication and explain why.
Where Dunbritton Housing Association holds the copyright in its published information, the information may be copied or reproduced without formal permission, provided that: it is copied or reproduced accurately, it is not used in a misleading context, and the source of the material is identified.
