Allan has worked in the housing sector for over 30 years and joined the Association in November 2014 as Customer Services Manager, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Dunbritton Housing in January 2017. He previously worked at a national Housing Association as the Area Manager for the West of Scotland, providing housing and support services and his background also includes involvement in the provision of services for homeless people across 2 local authority areas. He has previously been a Board member at Melville Housing Association and NG Homes.
