Paying Your Rent
We offer a variety of payment methods to maximise our flexibility in meeting our tenant's needs.
Payment methods available to our tenants include:
· Direct Debit (Direct Debits can be set up to come out of your bank account on the
1st, 8th, 15th, or 28th of the month),
Please contact your Housing Officer as soon as possible if you are having difficulties paying your rent. Our Housing Officers can help our tenants manage their finances by making sensible payment arrangements in times of financial difficulties. We will explore every avenue to prevent ending a tenancy due to rent arrears, but it is essential you talk to us. Failure to engage with the Association can lead to a more formal route being taken to recover arrears which may result in eviction.
